We generally dispatch orders within 24-48 hours during working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
Deliveries are dependent upon shipping partners & the location of the delivery thereon. It takes between 1-7 days to reach a customer’s location “after” dispatch. In Metro cities normally the package gets delivered within 1-2 working days.
Exceptions can be during peak festive season or restricted & remote locations. Please do reach out to us in case of any urgency so we can review possibilities to expedite.
For Domestic Orders: We provide free shipping within India.
For International Orders: In case of order which is to be shipped outside India customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
NOTE: In case of International order, the customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
